Located in District 10, the freehold development reached a new price peak of $2,377 psf when a 1,001 sq ft unit was sold for $2.38 million on Feb 26. On Feb 27, a 893 sq ft, two-bedroom unit on the 26th floor fetched $1.98 million, setting a new psf-price record of $2,216. This surpassed the previous record of $2,122 psf set in December last year when an 872 sq ft, two-bedroom unit on the 16th floor was sold for $1.85 million. The condo is only a one-minute walk from Lavender MRT Station and is within close proximity to dining and retail options such as Aperia Mall and Kitchener Complex, both within 300m radius.There were no new psf-price lows recorded during the period under review.
