Get working now and consider some of these options.

THE GYM
Get a physical trainer to advice on a good exercise routine. Set aside an hour 3 or 4 times a week to achieve results.

SWIMMING
A good all round cardiovascular workout for the body, swimming is great for building nice shoulders and strengthening back muscles. 40 laps 3 or 4 times a week is as good as a trip to the gym.

YOGA
Great for correcting posture and toning the body, yoga uses various forms of stretching and breathing techniques to help your targeted body areas get into shape. It is also known to relieve stress!

If you find regular exercise a bore and hate routine, picking up a sport like tennis or squash could be your preferred choice; both provides a good workout and great fun at the same time) Alternatives such as kickboxing or dance classes are great workout options too!
